AlloyInk Alloy Wheel Refurbishment & Customisation Studio, Industrial Area Phase 3, Mohali, Punjab, India, serving Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula (“AlloyInk”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Effective Date: 25 July 2026. By visiting our website, contacting us via WhatsApp / phone / in person, or availing any refurbishment or customisation service, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy set out below.
1. Scope of Services AlloyInk provides alloy wheel refurbishment (high-bake alloy-specific paint finishing and diamond cut restoration) and customisation (powder coating in glossy, matte and chrome finishes using AkzoNobel and PPG products, diamond cutting, and high-grade paint restoration). Services are performed at our Mohali facility only, on wheels physically delivered to us or collected by prior arrangement.
2. Estimates, Pricing & Payment All quotations are estimates based on visual inspection and may vary once the wheel is stripped and the extent of damage, corrosion or prior repair is fully assessed; any revision will be communicated before work proceeds. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Full payment is due on collection of the wheels; we reserve the right to retain custody of wheels until payment is received in full.
3. Customer Responsibility & Pre-Existing Condition Customers must disclose any known structural damage, cracks, bends or prior repair work on wheels before acceptance. AlloyInk inspects each wheel on intake and will flag visible structural concerns, but does not guarantee detection of internal or hairline defects not visible to the naked eye. Wheels found to be structurally unsafe for refurbishment or diamond cutting may be declined at our discretion, and this decision is final and non-negotiable for safety reasons.
4. Turnaround Time Estimated turnaround times are communicated at intake and depend on service type, finish selected and workshop load. These are indicative and not a guaranteed delivery deadline; delays arising from paint curing requirements, third-party powder/paint supply, or unforeseen structural issues discovered during processing will be communicated as soon as identified.
5. Warranty & Limitation of Liability AlloyInk warrants workmanship on finish quality (coating adhesion and surface finish) for a period specified at the time of invoicing, subject to normal road use and proper care. This warranty excludes damage from kerb strikes, potholes, accidents, chemical exposure, improper cleaning agents, or subsequent unauthorised repair work by third parties. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, AlloyInk’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific service in question. AlloyInk is not liable for consequential, incidental or indirect loss, including loss arising from vehicle downtime.
6. Cancellation & Refunds Orders may be cancelled without charge before work commences. Once stripping, cutting, or coating has begun, charges already incurred for labour and consumed materials are non-refundable, in line with Section 2(9) and Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 read with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, insofar as applicable to services rendered.
7. Consumer Grievance Redressal Any dissatisfaction with services should first be raised with AlloyInk directly for resolution within a reasonable time. If unresolved, customers may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the National Consumer Helpline. A designated Grievance Officer for AlloyInk shall be identified on our website/invoice as required for services offered through electronic means.
8. Intellectual Property All content on AlloyInk’s website and marketing material, including the InkFolio gallery, photographs, logos, and the AlloyInk name and branding, are the property of AlloyInk and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Clause 7 above, courts at Mohali/S.A.S. Nagar, Punjab, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
